Our diet significantly impacts both our own health and the planet’s. But eating a healthy and sustainable diet is not feasible for everyone. In this Living Lab we aim at increasing healthy and sustainable food choices for those with a limited budget in Leuven.

Our project aims to create healthier, more sustainable school lunches by actively involving all those who shape and experience the school’s food environment.

The Ghent en Garde initiative aims to provide sustainable food accessible to all inhabitants of the city. To achieve this goal, a variety of actions have been implemented, but they have not been mapped systematically.
