The Cork Food Policy Council (CFPC) was formed ten years ago in Cork City to work towards the achievement of a fairer, healthier, more secure and sustainable food system within the City and throughout the region.

The Ghent en Garde initiative aims to provide sustainable food accessible to all inhabitants of the city. To achieve this goal, a variety of actions have been implemented, but they have not been mapped systematically.
