The Prilep Living Lab, "Building Healthy Eating Habits Amongst Preschool Children," is a key initiative for sustainable food systems. It empowers kindergarten staff to foster healthy eating habits, aligning with FEAST's mission to harmonize people, the planet, and public-private partnerships.

Our diet significantly impacts both our own health and the planet’s. However, eating a healthy and sustainable diet is not yet feasible for everyone. In this Living Lab, we focus on those citizens who can make less sustainable and healthy food choices due to their budget.

The University of Lodz, as the Polish partner of the FEAST project, coordinates a Living Lab located in Tuszyn, a small municipality in Central Poland.

The primary objective of our Living Lab is to examine the barriers that make it difficult for vulnerable local populations to adopt healthier and more sustainable eating habits.
