Inclusivity is defined as “a practice or policy of providing equal access to opportunities and resources for people who might otherwise be excluded or marginalised, such as those who have physical or mental disabilities and members of other minority groups”. It can be also understood as “the action or state of including or of being included within a group or structure. More than simply diversity and numerical representation, inclusion involved authentic and empowered participation and a true sense of belonging”.
